PIMAY - Afrikan Yoga Hudu Challenge

10 Days of TEFNUT (Water Movement)

DESCRIPTION

For 10 days nurture and nourish yourself with Afrikan Yoga Hudu TEFNUT (Water Movement)

Hudu is an ancient Afrikan somatic science that uses rhythm, flow and breath.

Though it may resemble Tai chi to the modern eye, it’s origin and energetic map alongside spiritual intention are distinctly Afrikan rooted in Tamarrean Khamitic cosmology.

The Benefits of TEFNUT Water movement

Spinal Hydration & Decompression

The rolling wave motion nourishes the intervertebral discs and fascia. The spine remembers how to ripple instead of brace. When the spine moves like water, rigidity dissolves.

Nervous System Regulation Through Rhythm

Water rhythm regulates the nervous system faster than static stretching. Wave motion tells the brain: “You are safe.”

Emotional Release & Fluid Processing

In many Afrikan traditions, water is the keeper of emotion.

Tefnut allows emotion to move instead of stagnate. Water doesn’t resist — it flows.

Join the Hudu Challenge starting 2nd March 2026 with TEFNUT for 10 Days 15 min per day.

Hudu is an aspect of Afrikan Yoga most people talk about with a glow yet cannot fully explain, this is because Hudu is meant to be experienced in order to receive such a glow.
